Why Move?
Movement is fundamental to physical, cognitive, and socio‑emotional growth in childhood. Across the lifespan, it contributes to health, functional ability, and overall well‑being. The MoveMe! programme provides opportunities for individuals of all ages to explore, expand and strengthen their movement abilities through a variety of specially designed activities.
To “move” is also to evoke emotional resonance. Through the nonverbal media of movement and music, participants feel seen, connected and meaningfully engaged with one another.
Why Me?
“Me” refers to the self – MoveMe! seeks to affirm and acknowledge each individual, and provide a safe space for self-discovery and self-expression.
